I am so happy and proud to announce that Mike Filippelli has joined Team Braconi.  Mike is a friend of mine and an amazing person.  He is coming from Coldwell Banker where he was a Top Producing and multiple award winning agent.  Mike is a Penn State graduate and has extensive business experience in finance among other areas.   

Mike has been a member of the Circle of Excellence since receiving his real estate license. With a 10 year background in operations management at a $12B hedge fund, he has been able to transfer those skills to the real estate industry allowing the process to become seamless for his clientele. As an investor himself, he can understand the emotional aspect of real estate as well as the financial reality of making it work. His passion for helping people achieve the "American Dream" of home ownership is what drives him.
