"My fiancé and I
were recently in the market to purchase our first home together. Having
worked with a realtor on a prior purchase, I knew what to expect and how
insincere most agents can be. True to form, we went the route of
speaking with
a few agents from online recommendations, and even one recommended by a
personal friend in the industry - who all fell way below our expected
level of service, knowledge, or professionalism. We therefore combed
through online sites and happened to come across
a listing of interest with an upcoming open house. We decided to attend
the open house, and met Nicole as she is a member of the listing
agent’s team. Nicole was patient, thorough and showed us not only the
unit we arrived for but other openings in the building
as well. We of course had many questions, some she could answer on the
spot and others she had to get back to us on. Which she actually did.
Nicole is one of those rare gems that actually work for her closings.
Nicole regularly sent us listings she thought
would be of interest to us, and actually followed through with answers
to our questions – unlike many of the agents we’ve previously
experienced. Nicole was a pleasure to work with, and we ultimately ended
up closing on a unit she showed us. I would highly
recommend her services if you are in the market to purchase or list
your home. She worked as a dual agent on our closing and we did not feel
as though we were taken advantage of due to personal or conflicting
interests. All in all, we were very pleased with
Nicole and would certainly highly recommend her with a 5 star review."
